We know word of mouth is the best referral – And we would like to reward those who refer customers to us.

Refer a friend or a family member who either looking to buy a property or selling a property to Karan or Muntaha, will be rewarded. A successful referral will be paid $500.

If you know someone looking to sell or buy a property, fill in the form. If the person buys a property from us or gets their property sold with Karan and Muntaha, we’ll pay you $500.

Remember: Digital Codes are sent to your email address. You must keep the digital code in a safe and secure place and give it to your family member or a friend so when they show it to us. The person referred should be able to mention your name and the code during the meeting.

Terms and Conditions

  • You will be given a DIGITAL CODE via email. The referred person must mention the digital code at the beginning of the discussion with Karan Or Muntaha.
  • The DIGITAL CODE can be used more than once by the referrer.
  • You can only enrol ONCE in the Karan And Muntaha Referral Program.
  • Each payment made to the successful referrer will be $500 per customer.
  • Your payment will be given once the customer has bought a property, paid a deposit, OR sold a property, and the buyer has paid a deposit.
